Coordinated Entry System
If you’re experiencing a housing crisis or are at risk of losing your housing, you’re in the right place. ECHO participates in the Total Care for the Homeless Coalition’s (TCHC) Coordinated Entry System (CES), and completing a CES assessment is the first step toward accessing ECHO’s housing programs.
Coordinated Entry is a single, streamlined process that connects people experiencing or at risk of homelessness with the housing resources that best fit their needs. Rather than applying to each program separately, you complete one assessment that helps us understand your situation and match you with available and appropriate assistance across our community. Because resources are limited, Coordinated Entry prioritizes help for the most vulnerable individuals and families first.
How to get started
The fastest way to begin is to complete the online CES assessment. Alternatively our dedicated Coordinated Entry Access Point staff can also walk you through a comprehensive housing needs assessment over the phone to determine what kind of assistance you may be eligible for.
Please note that completing the assessment is the first step in being considered for help and does not guarantee services. While your situation is being reviewed, we encourage you to keep seeking support through other community resources, including 211 (dial 211 or visit 211.org).
